Day 15 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Strengthen your hands!
Select a supple object (anti-strees ball, sponge, spouse's neck). Take it in the palm of your hand and press firmly with your fingers. Repeat the exercise at your own speed for 15 minutes, alternating hands.
I used a beanbag toy, I don't even want to think about what Christelle used...

ReplyDeleteThis method may good for stress reducing but it also strengthened my wrists (the left one - since I am a right handed person)

Thanks for today's challenge -- I used a soft ball that my kids had. Ahh stress is gone!!!

ReplyDeleteI have a stress ball in the shape of a pig that would work great. This exercise is a great stress reliever.
