Lise Watier Youthful...Day After Day Challenge - Day 15! Contest!


Day 15 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Strengthen your hands!
Select a supple object (anti-strees ball, sponge, spouse's neck).  Take it in the palm of your hand and press firmly with your fingers.  Repeat the exercise at your own speed for 15 minutes, alternating hands.

I used a beanbag toy, I don't even want to think about what Christelle used...

  5. This method may good for stress reducing but it also strengthened my wrists (the left one - since I am a right handed person)

  8. I have a stress ball in the shape of a pig that would work great. This exercise is a great stress reliever.
