Idole d'Armani has been re-interpreted and I love that companies are doing this! They keep what is good about the original and tweak it to make something new, fresh and exciting. This also means that you can layer the two scents together to create an entirely different smell that is uniquely you! Armani keeps the same heart as the EDP of rose loukoum, jasmine absolute and saffron but for the EDT, changes up the top notes to bitter orange, ginger and davana and the base of styrax, patchouli, vetiver and white cedar wood.
I must admit that I am not a fan of the EDP - it is far too floral for my taste - but the addition of a citrusy top has made this fragrance a lot more appealing to me and very summery!
